Recommendations

If you have any questions about anything I’m recommending, or want to share your experience using any of the products listed below feel free to contact me. I’m always happy to hear from you!

Finances

Personal Capital: A great way to get started on your path to financial independence is to track your spending every month. Janene and I use Personal Capital for this task. As an added bonus, Personal Capital also tracks your net worth. It’s free and easy to use. You can sign up and get a $20 bonus by using the referral link here.

Credit Cards

I use credit cards for the sign up bonuses. And the Capital One Venture credit card has one of the best sign up bonuses I’ve seen. It offers $500 cash back if you spend $3,000 within 3 months of receiving the card. This is also the card I use for everyday purchases.

Cell Phone Plan

Google Fi is a $20 per month phone service that gives you unlimited call and text and provides international coverage for no extra charge (we took advantage of this firsthand this past year while we were in South Korea and India).

Data is $10 per GB, and you only pay for what you use. Additional family members are only $15 per month.

You can get a $20 bonus if you sign up for Google Fi by using my referral code here.
